Check-in and Traffic Flow
Artists on North St. and the Circle should check in at Broadway Station (red star).
All traffic on College is Eastbound only. Pull onto Broadway and proceed to the check-in station by the post office. You'll be given your packet, which includes a map, your booth sign, and the State Sales Tax Form (9.75%). Please pull up to the curb closest to your assigned booth. All Festival artists' booths are marked with orange fluorescent paint. Every booth is at least twelve feet wide. If you and your neighbors choose to, you may abut your booths, giving you a four-foot space for the public to admire your work easily on two sides. Do not store your items in a manner that blocks the sidewalk. The Uptown business owners are open and conducting business, too. After you unload, but before you set up, please move your vehicle to one of the surface parking lots. These streets are too narrow to allow leisurely unloading. If you are asked to move your vehicle, please accommodate your fellow artists. Artists on the west end of North St. should exit to the west. Artists on the east side of North Street should exit through the circle and take the FIRST right onto the westbound Beaufort Street. Artists on the Circle should pull either to the inner or outer curb and unload. Booths R44-R48 should exit onto the westbound Beaufort Street ramp. Circle artists R50-R60 should continue around the Circle and exit onto Constitution Blvd before you reach the food trucks.
Artists on Beaufort St. are to check in at the corner of Linden St. and Beaufort St. (blue star).
Linden St. only allows access to Beaufort St. from the southbound lane. Pull onto Beaufort and proceed to the check-in station at that intersection. Artist Parking
Parking is availble for artists in the tan colored (on the map) surface lots. Overnight parking for artists is allowed. Please do not park in those spaces that are marked reserved, as residents in the adjacent apartments have these spaces and you may be tickets and towed. Additionally, there are three parking decks in uptown.

Saturday, October 3, 2026 – Festival hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Judges begin evaluating booths at 9:00 AM.

Prizes are typically presented at artists' booths in the mid-afternoon.

Sunday, October 4, 2026 – Festival hours 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Professional security will be on-site overnight. If you want to enter your booth during the overnight hours, please wear your MCAC-provided nametag.
Lunches will be delivered both days beginning around 11:00 am.
Pastries and coffee will be available for artists at the MCAC booth on Saturday and Sunday morning, just east of the Children's Discovery Museum on the south side of Beaufort Street, east of the Circle.
