• One week prior to event: I will contact you for any special pre-arrival requests.  

• Upon your arrival to the hotel, we can meet to review and act on any last-minute items.  

To ensure a successful event for all, please review the updates and changes made throughout the Hotel Operations for the safety of you and your attendees.   

• Safety standards and cleaning protocols have been enhanced throughout the hotel, highlighting our Marriott Commitment to Clean. Marriott Cleanliness Council | Marriott Bonvoy 

• To limit contact in each guestroom, upon request, we will remove trash, deliver towels and amenities, or change linens in the guestroom; simply contact the front desk.  Alternatively, you may pick up additional supplies from any one of our front desk associates.  

• Our restaurant and bar is open every night from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm and you can order food until 10:00 pm.  

• Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day.  Please practice social distancing and adhere to the posted directional signage to wipe down each machine after each use with the wipes provided in the fitness room.  

• Our indoor saltwater pool is open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.   

• Our shuttle service operation is available for guests to use, and you can schedule those times with front desk directly. Our shuttle can hold up to 10 people and is complimentary. We also suggest alternate forms of local transportation such as UBER (earn Marriott Bonvoy points), Taxis or Lyft.
